Garmin 75 GPS

I have a garmin 75 that has had very little use since I bought it in 1992!Now I intend to use it again but the memory battery reads low.Can anyone tell me how to change for a new one?

It might be more cost effective to buy an entry level Nuvi sub £80 or less on ebay than replace the battery in such an obsolete model.
