Does anyone out there have one of these ancient GPS units?

If so, can you confirm whether it has an facility for outputting NMEA data to another device (in my case a PC)... and if so, what cable is needed?

NMEA out on blue core of power/data cable

I think this cable is the same as for e.g. the GPSMAP130 for which I bought a cable a couple of years ago : many Garmin oriented chandlers should stock them: try Aladdins Cave (large stock range) or Greenham Marine (better technically) (where I bought my cable)

I was extremely impressed by an even older Garmin that post-rollover year started to display a position (wrong date) while inside the (aladdins cave) chandlers were telling its owner that it was defunct rubbish :)
