Garmin 128

Is there any way of connecting one of these units to either a DSC radio or a repeater? I can't see an NMEA outlet, only power in and arial out.

Cant remember the lead arangement , but I think the data wires are included with the power wire, I use my 128 with a lap top & a Yeoman, so it is possible.

Hi Nick. The GArmin 128 is a perfect GPS for NMEA in/out. Works with just about everything. I have connected Yeoman, Autopilot, PC and loads of stuff. The best way is the famous "If all else fails RTFM (Read The F******* Manual). If you have no access to the manual then give me a bell and I will drop a copy in the post alternatively try on the Garmin site as I think they have all manuals online in PDF format. Yes. Power and data all come out as bare wires from the same plug and socket. The Garmin web site has downloadable PDF files of all the instruction books if you don't have them anymore. There's just a chance that the pdf's are on my site too, but I don't think so for the 128.
