Galvanising around Portsmouth

On the road down to Hayling just past the Northney marina turn off, there's a trailer outlet that used to take in stuff for galvinising - handy to the marina so probably get a fair trade from there.

You are thinking of Hayling Trailers?

They ceased trading about 2 years ago or has someone else taken over ?

Good 'cos galvanisers usually have a minimum order size but you could take small items in to Hayling and they just added them to their regular consignments.

I had a single small item done through Hayling trailers for a fiver IIRC
 
We used to ship our galvanising work to Wessex Galv at Eastleigh, generally the quality was very poor and the service not much better. I've had stuff come back with silver aerosol spray on it where it wasn't dipped properly.
