My in mast furling works well but the car on the boom sticks when pulling out or putting away . I replaced the delrin bearings (6mm) although I thought they were a bit small . There is wear in the fitting but I'm not sure how close a fit it would have been when new . I thought about machining new end cap fittings from delrin and replacing the existing aluminium ones . Anyone had similar issues and any thoughts . ?
