Been helping a friend rig up for new season. Puzzled by arrangement at lower end of furling gear. We fiddled around and got foil slid snugly into a cut out below. We then used two grubscrews to fix the insert with cut out into a collar on top of drum. So far so......However when hauling up on halyard the foil slides up and comes out of cut out. Anybody give us a clue how to prevent foil coming out of location ?? Thanks, Spuddy

If you look at page 20 here you will see the holes in the foil that the Torx screws fit into to stop the foil moving.

It's vital that you loctite those grub screws. I've had them fall out halfway across the Atlantic. Foil falls down and jams the whole assembly.

Be careful that you have no gaps in the inner spacers. Otherwise the foil will break apart at the topmost join and you can't either furl the sail or lower the halyard. Not fun and a very high bad language quotient.
