Furlex Electric Roller Reefing

Hi,

Our rather ancient roller reefing snapped whilst trying to remove seized bearings, which rather left us without a forestay as it was incorporated.

After pricing various systems we decided to opt for the Furlex Electric, as we are always short crewed being a husband and wife team.

Anybody anybody experienced this reasonably new option?
Weather permitting we'll be taking her to the marina this weekend to have it fitted.

Hey Micro, thanks for your reply lol I was beginning to think i'd get none!

I think it will put an end to hanging off thefurling line in a squall to roll the sail away.
You have one on your yacht?
