As a result of an insurance job following a French charter yacht close quarter handling demo in the Scillies last May, I have the above in my garage.
The 7mm Furlex is no longer made, so I have a complete new 8mm foil and gear as part of my claim.
So if anyone would like them gratis who genuinely has an old 7mm Furlex foil,and a knackered furler, I will get brownie points for 'junk out of the garage'.
Probably 18yo original fit to our boat and working ok up to the point the pulpit was smashed across the lower rod from stem head to furler and bent it slightly.
It all works, cos we had to sail back from the Scillies using it
I'll be in Emsworth Friday & Monday, and Royal Clarence this Saturday pm on a Rally if anyone wants to collect!
