Fully Comp Insurance without survey

Do you know of any company that offers Fully comp insurance without a recent survey. The boat is a 22 ft Macwester with a valve of around 5k.

GJW direct accepted a boat condition report from a boat builder (myself) a couple of years back on a 20 year old Silouette MK3 with out any problems. You might have to find a boat builder?
