Figures shown are the average across the entire UK over a one month period - not the maximum or indicative of local prices. same sort of figures for uk can be seen on the AA petrol buster site, which also shows cheapest petrol stations near you

PS just had a look on the petrol busters site, and it shows best prices in chester of 78.9 and 79.9 petr litre

Do you think all these legal immigrants know how much we are fleeced in this Country? Come to think of it has the press gone very quiet on the immigration issue since 1 May. Dave.

Its partly because of immigrants that we are paying so much for fuel anyway......the Gov has to fund it somehow! Also who led the war in Iraq; and people still wonder why there fuel prices are the lowest?

Anyway - £1.04 litre petrol @ a well known marina in Chi Harbour and still making no profit!!!! Logistics of waterside fuel costs a lot......

Petrol at Asda in Brighton Marina 78p per litre. That why we get so many Londoners ere at the weekend.

You forgot to mention that the boatyards on the Norfolk Broads charge the hire boats road prices for red diesel. ........Rip off! that is after the other "incidental" extras like car parking that the hirers dont expect. They wonder why the trade is dwindling.
