Is there some kind of up to date list somewhere of fuel prices in this region?

In my Port they are charging 1.45€ at the fuel dock for diesel. At the local supermarket it is 0.93€.

There's a forum on this site for fuel prices but I dont look in there much so not sure which areas it covers these days. You should post your data there.

I filled up this morning. 2000 litres at €0.46, detax. Antibes. I'm chuffed, cos last year it was in the high 60s. :-)

last year october on the motorway near Marseille, diesel was 1.35euro.
In Cassis harbour it was 1.5 euro
In La Ciotat harbour it was no less then 1.7 euro, per liter
I am not sure today,
but prices in some sof marinas are exagerating high

Go over the border to Spain. €0.91 in Palma today

Is that price at the fuel dock?

That is only marginally more than the Spanish supermarket prices.

Palma is a little too far from me - more than a days sail.

Anybody know the prices in Port La Nouvelle, Port Vendres or anywhere else around here?

Tax in France is about 50 euro cents a litre, so based on jfm's fill up this morning, that would suggest 96 cents a litre tax paid, similar to the supermarket price.

Yup that was the price at the fuel dock in Club de Mar today. I wouldn't expect other Spanish ports to be much different but worth phoning first

Is this site any good for you, as an indication?

Nope. This only gives road side prices.
I am interested in the fuel dock price.

Where I am, the fuel dock price is 50% more than the road side price.

For that difference I will be filling up some containers at the supermarket pump and carting them down to the boat.

Just wondering if there is a fuel dock a couple of miles down the coast whose price is closer to the road side price........

Can you travel to either malta gibralter or north africa they ar all duty free . Phoned esso in gibralter for price quoted 42 pence per ltr according to to my daughter in law that is too expensive she prices fuel in belfast.
We are in western med now last fuel we bought was in malta 3 years ago approx 20 pence ltr I would like to get duty free prices as i now require 4000 ltrs.

Malta duty free is finish, unless u dont go to Tunisia
there is commecial fuel for charters and that is usually about 40% less
I think comparing 3 years ago with British money in Europe is also misleading, the Pound was strong in that period
