I had them all changed/refurbished last year and have not really used the boat much until now.
I get fuel coming up from around the nozzle sleeve on one cylinder, there is no obvious sound of compressed air/gas comming out.

I have not seen the injectors so can't figure out if fuel can leak without there also being a exhaust/gas leak or if one injector just have been badly refurbished.

I am going back to the mechanic but would like to know what possible leakage points there could be. If it's the nozzle sleeve that needs changing then I am paying for it but if its a bad Injector then I would argue it is a warranty job.

Are you sure its coming up from the injector and not the return rail leaking, the copper rings leak if they aren't tightened sufficiently. They have to be tightened more than you would think to get the washers to seal, thats why they have a solid bolt with flats instead of the old hollow type, as they can tolerate more torque.

Yes I am sure, I put a piece of paper around the injector, under the return rail and it was dry on top.

Thanks.
