Fuel filters

Does anyone know of a reasonably priced (not Volvo prices) petrol/water filter that you can drain without having to dismantle. I am looking for one with a tap in the bottom.

Are these OK for petrol?

Volvo seem to recommend the CAV type for diesel only. The Volvo-branded petrol filter/separator is a Racor unit, which might well be cheaper from a non-Volvo source.
