Fuel filter

I have the standard CAV type primary filter for my Beta 13.5 engine. I am thinking of replacing it with a Racor spin-on type. The obvious disadvantage is cost, but I'm happy to tolerate that for peace of mind. Any comments gratefully received.

ASAP do a conversion kit for the CAV filter to convert to the Racor spin-on type. Probably cheaper than re-plumbing a Racor.
