Fridge repair man, Preveza

Got back to Preveza this morning and everything seemed fine. However, it's clear that the fridge isn't playing properly at all. Anyone recommend a fridge repair man who can either fix the thing or replace it if required?

There seems to be one loosely connected to the yards (Cleopatra, at least). The office will put you in touch with him. Can't remember the name, but the same contractor appears at Lefkas marina. I know this because he rcharged our fridge at Cleo, and again several months later at Levkas. That's an expensive and time-consuming way of discovering you have a slow leak.

He trades as 'Stiff Nipples'. Seems to do a decent job for several people I have met.

IBA in Nidri have a "qualified engineer" who made a good job repairing my fridge.

His name is Vernon and he also trades as the van-man. You will find his number in the Ionian Mag.

Knew about Vernon but he doesn't tend to get up to Preveza much. The chap the office found for us was excellent. He appeared on time on day one, checked the thing over and said we needed a new evaporator plate, new thermostat and the compressor needed a thorough digging out. Departed with the bits that needed work and promised to return when the other new bits appeared. He was back the following day and we now have a fully functioning fridge for the first time in ages. Should have had it done a couple of years ago.....

I'd love to name him but I've no idea what his name is! His van was labeled in Greek, which is Latin to me and he didn't identify himself as his English was so poor. If I can I'll find out his name from the office and post it on here.
