We are looking at a Moody 376 that has two fridges 1 gas 1 electric, does anybody know how easy and approx cost of installing/replacing one of the fridges with a freezer

Biggest problem for a freezer is the need for decent thickness of insulation. 6" recommended for sides and bottom, and 4" for the top. Once you have that, you may find that the existing electric unit is suitable for the freezer, possibly with a different plate.
