Friday was the day!

Having booked Friday off (from decorating my hall) earlier in the week on the basis of the BBC 5 day forecast, I was obliged to go out on the Blackwater today. What a great decision!

Key words for the day include:- sunshine, 13 degrees, westerly 4-5 in the morning, 3-4 in the afternoon, new sails which are brilliant, several seals (I assume common seals) .... and then saw a barn owl hunting on the way home. I just need Wales to win tonight to end a perfect day.
