French marina charges

There was an article in one of the yachting magazines in the last six months or so about the charges in French marinas - can anyone tell me which magazine this was and the month it was published please.

Thanks for the responses.
The article I need compared costs on both sides of the Channel and tried to explain why costs were lower on the French side.
Can anyone help with that?
