If you send an email to:

gmngrib@globalmarine.net with NorthEurope in the subject they will email you back a compressed grib file. (BZ2 at about 2.3 KB)


Frank Singletons really excellent site:
the grib bit of the site here lists the links to "airmail" to find the decompressing file and an excellent viewfax application..part of the sailmail programme set ..

Works a treat..it is all free, if you've seen it before them I'm sorry..

Might be worth having a look at www.navcenter.com - they also provide "free" grib info via email to chopper@navcenter.com - similar format to AirMail/SailMail and ViewFax displays the NavCenter info.
