I have finally surrenderd and fitted an electric winch to the ol tub. This means I have a spare Harken 32, two speed winch going spare.

It's about thre years old, has been serviced each year and seems to be in pretty good nick to me.

If anyone wants it a, contribution to the lifeboats will secure. If more than one person wants it then the highest bidder wins.

Don't all rush at once. By the way it will need collecting from the Lymington area.

Why not put it on and have a proper auction with a note that all proceeds go to the RNLI or what ever (less any postage costs which will not be much) you could raise a pretty penny for the RNLI that way.
