So it says in an email they sent - tell your friends say they.

Well, no connections blah bah but it's dead handy travelling/ living onboard, transfer some money across then convert to euros or whatever at interbank rate. No great shakes if you lose or break it if it's free.(fiver for another) Seems to work in cash machines which spit out UK bank cards & free bank transfers for boatyard fees etc. "Virtual" cards free to pay stuff online that you don't really trust then destroy the card.

Anyway, free if anyone wants one so they say. :)

I've got one and the great thing is you can load currency when you see the rate is good and get the mastercard bank exchange rate.
No more buying currency before I travel just load it in advance and take it out at a cash machine when you arrived and if finish up with too much of a certain currency just transfer it back.

Agreed, they're great, but haven't they always been free?
Getting a physical card was a fiver when i joined up, just ordered a second spare card which was same, 4.99. Also have a card from this bunch which from memory was free as i signed up early before they launched in the uk

Those and a few spare gifgaff sims should be covered onboard for a while
Tip, you can load the Revolut app on your Windows laptop using Nox android emulator

Thanks for the info.

From experience, when overseas, Three is better than giffgaff (bigger data allowance).
