Free grp dinghy

Up for grabs is this solidly built GRP multi-chine dinghy, approx. 12' x 5'. Recently used as tender to yacht moored some distance from club, so good in rough water. Needs tidying, and ideally the installation of some buoyancy tanks or bags...Launching trolley included, new owner would need to collect from Marchwood YC near Southampton. This is a heavy boat, so will need a couple of strong people to load it into a van! No charge, but donation to RNLI appreciated. If you're interested, send me a PM.

Yes, it would be ideal for someone with a swinging mooring.

I've just been told that this is going to be cut up and skipped soon, possibly as soon as on Tuesday evening, if nobody wants it - seems like a real shame...

Does seem like a shame - for a while it looked as if I might have been moving to a swinging mooring and this would have been ideal for me. That's now firmly back on the back-burner now though and I have nowhere to keep a dinghy just in case.
