Bumped into this on social media and thought it would be magnificent for our estuaries and places like the Menai Strait and not just the Med. I wonder how it would cope with large tides?

Good idea but what happens in some proper lively weather ?.

For my purpose of interest there are already swing moorings in the places I can see this being a boon. In the Med I imagine if the water's are not sheltered it does not necessarily have to be for permanent moorings, a lot of the examples would do well off popular areas and anchorages. Anybody want to mention some or other island and no anchoring because of some kind of seaweed or seagrass?
