Fray Bentos \"mule\" apprehended at LHR ..
A man attempting to smuggle 24 cans of Fray Bentos was arrested today. Airport security officers told how the X-Ray machine "lit up like a nuclear bomb going off". After questioning, the man protested that the cans were to "feed his crew" who would otherwise starve without. A police spokesperson noted that he had been previously apprehended gnawing the table in a Stansted Express train and that "this was a new and worrying trend of people behaving erratically to avoid paying for food on public transport".
