The commercial operators have started survey work since early June between Dunkirk (sic) and Medway but until yesterday their NtM hasn't reached peeps like us. Courtesy of the Port of London who has promulgated it yesterday there is an eleven page pdf NtM which can be found at: http://www.pla.co.uk/assets/102638-gli-mmt-qac-pro-ntm-05-01.pdf .
