Fractional rigs

I own a Kelt 850 and would like some advice on setting up and tuning the 9/10 fractional rig.
Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
Also there must be a decent web site out there on this subject but I can't find it!

People get excited about these. John Goode wrote about them too (I think). Basically, you have an adjustable backstay, this bends the top of the sail to "shape" the sails better for close wind sailing. I can assure you that I haven't seen any difference whatsoever on my boat with or without tension bend. It's nice to "trim" for speed on occasions but just set it up so that the forestay/roller foil looks right and leave it there.
