Back in 1984 James Hatfield attempted to sail round the world in his Mk1 Cornish Crabber, in aid of the British Heart Foundation.
I think he got quite a long way, but not all the way. Bit of trouble off Cape Horn IIRC.

I looked at these and they are from 2010 to America as far as I can work out. Unfortunately none of the videos as far as I can work out feature boats that finished. It's a pity we can't see footage from boats that were successful. Maybe the key to success is not to carry a video camera.

And this one is even better. A finisher actually sailing. Rory of course finished second within 40 minutes or was it 1.5 hours of Igor in 'The Grand' in 2010. An absolutely outstanding result for a 21 feet boat albeit a Catamaran.
