Found some classified adds from 1974

Having a bit of a shed clearout we came across an incomplete newspaper from 1974. It's called "The News" and seems to be from the Portsmouth area.

£1 for the Glitter Band?What rip off.Thin Lizzy was only 60p in Folkestone back then and didnt Mott the Hoople sing about tickets for the band to see were twelve and six a time?

Those boats look dear compared to todays prices too.

Thank you Dylan. Just downloaded that and read it cover to cover. Learnt about my Pansey Atkey and other stuff. Superb and much more informative then the current issue! Sorry to be critical of our sponsors but where did it all go wrong? There seems much more content in that old copy than the current ones or am I just imagining it?
