On the Main Index, in the box headed Last Post, on the PBO forum, the thread on Tender Maintenance was shown as being the last post.

Why then, when I go into the PBO forum, is this thread not showing?

It maybe down to the setting in your 'User Options'

Try clicking on the button for last post updates.

Here;
Sort threads by: creation date, last post date.
