will supply, but I couldn't find it listed when I a quick look at their clubs pages. They know it as the "YBW Mouse".

Just been looking through the archive and you contact Ensign and ask them via their quotation request box for a YBW tipsy mouse. Standard size is 18 inches but they'll do other sizes on request. That's from a thread reply by prv who took on the responsibility for the burgee last year.
