Forum connection problems

I've been in contact with the moderators, and they are aware of connectivity issues, and are working to sort them.

If you are not logged in, you can probably still read messages.

If you are logged in, then do not try to use the main menu, as that times out. Use the 'jump' facility at bottom right of page to navigate between forums.

It's very frustrating for everyone, but the forum is actually very fast at the moment with almost no one using it! <g>

Just don't use the main menu index to try and navigate. The 'jump' option works fine, and you can read and post easily.

and if anyone is reading, and can't log in, if you have auto log in enabled....try looking at the main www.ybw.com page, and 'read' one of the old forum posts, and you should get in, and can then navigate and post.

I'm accessing via the YBW Home page and one of the so called "Latest forum messages"


I just tried going direct to the Reader to Reader index, which is what I used to do. Rediscovered why I stopped doing that. No red numbers!

I reckon its a plot to get us to read the advertisements on the home page! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

If you use the jump option, you can navigate between forums no problem, with red unread indicators working fine.

and if anyone who can connect can keep replying to these messages on the main forums, can reply, it will help keep bumping them to the top, so others can read and hopefully access and navigate the forums.
