Retired "gentleman" looking for one or more crew to assist with 3 day passage of Sadler25 from East to West; after 10Jun. Experience essential - need to be able to chuck/handle ropes reliably! GSOH essential - non-smoker preferred.
Passage is assisted by BWB (Scotland) canal staff and boats normally make passage through in groups. So not too hard work!
Dates at the mo are flexible - and midweek possible, even preferred, by me. I could accommodate single days - but would prefer same crew for whole passage.
Day 1 - Grangemouth to "west of Falkirk/lock 16"
Day 2 - to Kirkintilloch. A more sedate day, perhaps.
Day 3 - leave Kirkintilloch early to pass Lambhill and arrive at Maryhill locks at 8am - before the residents awake... Transit all the way to Bowling.
Entire passage takes 21hrs apparently.

Post below if any questions.
PM me if interested.
