Just a quick question. I’ve purchased a Sadler 25 and the forecabin hull sidelinings have been stripped out so need replacing. Looks to me a fairly simple job using this stuff - 5MTR VAN LINING VELTRIM MOLDABLE CARPET+ 5 TINS TRIMFIX | eBay.

Anyone with any comments or warnings about the unsuitability of what I propose? Alternatively any suggestions for a higher quality or more suitable product?

No experience with Veltrim. But I used Mega stretch from Megavan Mats based in Yorkshire. Completely retrimmed our 27 ft Fjord in it 4 years ago and still looks good today. Be careful of the lighter colours though, recommended to a friend who relined his 33 ft Birchwood and he reported having slight mould. But suspect this may be a ventilation issue? This stuff is primarily used for Campervan conversions, so should be up to the task. Glue supplies is very good too, if a little heady in confined spaces....You only get one shot at sticking!
