Ford diesel breather

My Ford diesel 2722E (Lehman) 4.1L lost half its oil into the bilge, possibly through the dipstick mounting as there are no other signs of leakage. Its been suggested that if the breather pipe(s) were blocked then the sump would become pressurised and force the oil out.

Anybody familiar with this problem? Where do I look for the breather(s) on this engine, not being an engineer?

Workshop manual for the 2700 series can be found below. The block should be almost the same as your application so I would imagine the crankcase breather would be in the same place.
