Start line: Mary Rose Buoy to Spit Sand Fort. Start Time 0700. No Mans Land and Bem Ledge to Port. Finish line: Chbg Eastern Entrance.

Just a suggestion you understand!

Whose? Ken's or his boat. I'm just lowly crew with Robp...Clipper Rose, but she's just had her bottom wiped and is raring to go!

Plan is to leave Gosport early Friday...so if your up for it, I'm sure we are too.

Why bother with a start time?

All we need to do is take the elapsed time from say Portsmouth Buoy 4 to the Cherbourg East entrance. Choice the the start time is then up to the skipper.

I suggest we use IRC handicaps - we rate at 0.85

On the boat you are on you'll be out of sight by 0730!
