Not sure if you are allowed to plug your own site but its not for commerical purposes and is a benefit to sailing in Northern Ireland.

The basic concept is to connect Skippers and Crew by allowing users to setup profiles with some details to allow other users to search the profiles and match with people they want to.
Hopefully it will allow more sailors to be in touch and organise sailing days out.
It has no members at the moment so new members please remember to be patient until a substantial member list is built up.
