Check out Gtechniq C2v3. It’s a lighter duty version of traditional ceramic coating but extremely easy to apply to a boat - literally spray on wipe off. On a well polished surface it will last several months with good uv protection and water repellency as you describe.

I use Geon wet coat, similar application, apply to a wet surface , wash off with plenty of water and you have nice shiny surface.

I’ve used Geon on my car. I’d say it works well on a boat hull but perhaps is not ideal for decks?

ADBL are an emerging brand with some nice products that are worth trying out.

I tried it on my hull one year. To be honest I didn't think it gave much more than traditional polish, and where some was spilled on the swim platform anti slip, it was near impossible to remove. Conclusion, where it goes it sticks like glue and doesnt come off easily, but getting the same shine as you would on a painted surface, your gel coat would already need to be in a pristine cut and polished condition anyway which to me kind of negates the point anyway. You can do nothing about salt grime, you wash that away with fresh water.
