Following Phoenix's request on this week's NtM thread about current navigation warnings, I have been poking about what is available and the best - I guess as one would expect - is the UKHO site where Navarea and UK Coastal warnings are listed live (although there is a caution on the page about updates). I've added a link to my NtM page (http://www.crossingthethamesestuary.com/page9.html) which seems to be behaving itself. You can select Navarea 1, UK Coastal or all warnings.

This does not show things that are apparently added locally such as unlit steel mooring buoys dans La Wallet or that the Black Deep No 9 light is flakey. This link gets round the issue of disclosing radio comms, gives a wider view than we would hear from Thames in that it reaches across the Channel. However, it does not include Dutch coastal: for example this is current off the Netherlands: 51°24.30'N, 003°02.92'E
ZCZC TA44
030405 UTC OCT
OOSTENDERADIO - NX 391/14
APPROACH WESTERSCHELDE/VAARWATER
SCHEUR. LIGHTBUOY S3, 51-24.30N
003-02.92E, LIGHT UNRELIABLE.
NNNN

and it is not shown in the UKHO list. I assume therefore that it is in a 'Dutch' coastal list somewhere. I'll keep poking. I will also ring Thames in the week and see about local warnings although that may be too difficult other than on a weekly basis.

And so feed back please. It looks useful? PS which of you ran over ZC2 (off Gris-Nez)?:encouragement:
