Folding radar arch cable sealing.

Is there a standard method of sealing radar arch cables at the base? I'm intending an upriver jaunt which will involve much lowering and raising our radar arch. The cables come down a strutt and then through a hole in the saloon roof, not sure if there's some kind of rubber boot, or simply to mastic the hole. Any advice would be very welcome.

How about low profile soft draught excluder rubberised strip circling around the cable aperture

I generally just use Sika type sealants for sealing apertures. Makes a perfect water-tight joint as the sealant works its way all round and between the cables.
