Foil

I have a customer who wants information on an old boat he owns. He refers to it as a Foil and told me that it was built in the UK. It is a small sailboat, 7'-8" long with an outer covering of what appears to be canvas. Any information on this boat would be welcome.

there was a singlehanded dinghy marketed in the early 60's called foil. as i recall it was round bilge, bermudian rigged and i thought a little over 6 ft long. they didn't catch on.
