Recently a forumite posted here that he had bought a Manta, one of those toys that flies.

Apparently, in America their stalwart citizens are now busily suing one manufacturer (Unamed) after two fatalities and 39 injuries.

the promo video for Manta does point out the dangers and I'm sure the tubes come with instructions, warnings, etc but they'll probably sue anyway claiming to be too stupid to read!
