did anyone see the mobo get 5 honks from a tanker just east of cowes. said mobo then raced in front of tanker, hit bow wave and took off (lit). it was probably about 11am or so.
hope the crew were ok - radio suggested that engine failiure resulted from engines screaming in fresh air. given the take off and landing the crew could easily of sustained injuries or a MOB situation
