Flotilla holiday

Just booked next years holiday.Have done a couple of flotilla holidays before first on a Gibsea 302 then Bavaria 37. This year the kids announced they fancied coming with girlfriends, so with our two friends that made 8. So just booked what im hoping wont be too big to handle a Bavaria 46.
We have to collect it Bareboat from Athens and sail to Poros to join the Flotilla. Really looking forward to it as probably last holiday with the kids. Any advice?

Make sure you know which pontoon the yacht is on cuz the marina is massive.
Not sure if its the same with all companies but last year they had a bizare system of stocking the boat. We jumped in some knackered car and they drop you at the supermarket....then you expect to walk out with shopping to the car but oh no. Your shopping stays in shop then you get in a different banger with a nuts driver to go to off licence. Same again then different car back to boat. All shopping delivered to boat. Very good but drivers are just mental!
