i am considering selling up and moving to the gulf coat of florida, possibly fort walton, does anyone have any info on marina charges in this area. thanks tom

You need to contact Arthur Wood an ex-pat who lives in the Sarasota/ Fort Myers /St Petersburg area. He has a boat in a marina there. He posts here quite often.
