I have used Blakes Dura-Satin and found it looks good and is easy to apply.
I'm sure you will get many other suggestions....

Burgess wood sealer is made for this job and seals the wood without making it slippery. I've used it for 20 years so its not too bad!

See the 'Any other halberg Rassy owners out there' thread just a few below yours. The lacquer I recommend is superb for floors and extremely hard wearing.
It was the original finish (by Westerly) on the floors, lockers and bulkheads from new. With the couple of coats I've added in the last twenty odd years, after sanding down, the floorboards still look like new.
It's only available in minimum 5 litre cans (with hardener) so it may be too great a quantity for what you envisage.

On our previous boat a friend in the motor trade sprayed them with the lacquer used for the final coats on vehicles. Very tough and pretty non-slip also.

Ronseal Extra Hard Floor Varnish. Used it on current boat (on top of existing Dehler-applied finish). Still as new 5 years later. Same with previous Dehler.
