Floods stop Windsor Hydropower

Apparently the high waterer levels have resulted in the Windsor Hydro power being shut down as there is "not enough drop on the weir".

It's only recently gone on line as well.

Doesn't quite make sense until one realise it's an Archimedes screw type , so need the fall to work.
