I am sure there will be someone out there, naive enough, to pay the money and spend the next 10 years doing it up; ending up with a wooden boat of very high maintenance. Not me, thanks.

But the shed doesn't even need to float. Some of the liveaboards on the Medway have their boats on the concrete and never go in the water - fibreglass the deck to keep the water out from above and it's a cheap bedsit.
