Flat Solar Panel - Best adhesive

I have purchased a Flat semi flexible solar panel and would like to fix it to the roof of my boat through the summer but remove it in the winter. I need an adhesive (I Guess) that will hold it firmly in high winds but allow me to remove it without leaving marks on the gelcoat. Does anyone have any suggestions please ?

Don't stick it, will be trouble either way, not sticking enough, or panel will break.
Velcro possibly, I'd screw / bolt it down.

why would you want to remove it in the winter ? I secured 2 on my coachroof , 10 = years back with sika - type - flex and they are still there now . the winter is when the batteries need more help . run a bead around the perimiter , with gaps , and a few down the length so as to allow air to circulate underneath also to allow water to flow through
