Recently I remember seeing an article in one of the magazines about a new product which is a flat folding eye for hooking your safety like onto. Does anyone remember seeing this item and if so can they let me have the manufacturer's details? Many thanks

I have a couple of straight pad eyes at the base of the bridge deck just above the cockpit floor level and they never get in the way and are probably stronger.

Why not use a 'U' bolt? Stronger, possible cheaper, very easy to put the clip on singlehanded and won't usually get in the way if strategically placed. Or Witchard do a folding one as long as you have a good bank balance.
