Can anyone recommend a useful website for learning about flags?

Or a good book?

I've tried web surfing, but so far I am only coming up with piecemeal info.

We have Reeds Nautical Flags on board
Not cheap, but pretty extensive.
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Reeds-Maritime-Flags-Usage-Recogition/dp/0901281018
It does not cover all the UK defaced ensigns or all the European club flags, but many of them. Gives good history and certainly covers all national nautical flags.
